I don't understand this 100%, when I go to mobile.blackberry.com from my Blackberry browser you say to select state, i see select country so i assume that's what you mean. Being from Canada I select Canada. then it directs me to a page, i scroll down but i don't see Communicate - Email anywhere. Can someone please help me.

and My Mails got back able to connect well.
